Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Sapphire Fragrances purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a straightforward returns process.
Return Eligibility
- You may return items within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Sale items can only be returned if they are faulty.
- For hygiene reasons, once a fragrance has been opened or used, it cannot be returned unless it is faulty.
Faulty Products
If you receive a faulty product:

- Provide your order number and details/photos of the fault.
- We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Return Shipping Costs:
